Waffle & Write is where we tip it all out. You talk. No typing. No neat notes. Just everything in your head, exactly as it is. I listen, organise, and lay it out into a clear, structured document, so you’re no longer trying to hold everything in your head at once.

One calm place where your thoughts finally make sense. From there, you can decide what to do, what to delegate, what to defer, and what to delete. It’s a pause with purpose.

Not another list… but space to say it out loud, so it’s no longer stuck in your head twisting and turning. You leave with a clear written summary you can come back to later, when your head is calmer, and actually decide what to do next.

How it Works

Step one

Book your Waffle & Write session
Pick a time that works (term-time Mondays & Fridays). No prep needed, just bring your full brain and a cuppa.

Step Two

We chat. You waffle. I write.
On a calm 30/60-minute call over Teams, you talk it all out, no judgement, no interruptions. I capture it all, chaos included.

Step Three

Get your Sorted Spaghetti Summary
Within 72 hours, you’ll receive your personalised doc: everything sorted, labelled and clarified, so you can take action or pause with purpose.

Which should I choose?
30 minutes is best if you want to talk through one specific project, idea, or decision.
60 minutes is best if your head feels full and you want a proper unload and reset.

Both options include your personalised Sorted Spaghetti Summary, delivered within 72 hours. Sessions are booked around my availability (term-time Mondays and Fridays).

This is a one-off session. No subscription or ongoing commitment. Strategic VA support is available afterwards if needed at an addtional cost. 

Common Questions

Nope. Just show up with whatever’s in your brain, notes, scribbles, or absolutely nothing. Hoodie, hot water bottle and biscuit are optional but very much encouraged. I’m heart-led and always aim to make people feel comfy waffling away to me. No judgement here. Ever.

You can reschedule once with at least 72 hours’ notice. Cancellations made under 72 hours are non-refundable, my time is precious too, and this helps protect it and my other clients.

I’ll help you get everything out of your head, organise it into categories, and reflect it back as your Sorted Spaghetti Summary, organised into categories, so you can decide what to Do, Delegate, Defer, or Delete.
