Waffle & Write Sprint

Waffle & Write Sprint

The reset you can’t get from a fortnight in the sun or on a wet Tuesday in the middle of a normal week.

Five days. Five(ish) minutes a day. You talk into your phone whenever it bubbles up, and a clear, sorted Spaghetti Summary lands in your inbox the following Monday.

No call. No diary tetris. No logins. No sitting down to a worksheet you’ll never finish.

You don’t have to be organised about it. You don’t have to know what you’re going to say. You just talk, and I do the untangling.

Think of me as the business friend who scoops it all up for you and hands it back tidy.

What you get

Worth knowing before you book

✅ It’s for you if:

  • Your brain is three tabs deep and you can’t hear yourself think
  • You’d rather talk than fill in a form
  • You don’t have a mentor, team, or business bestie to offload to… or you do, but you still never quite get it all out
  • A call at a set time makes you want to lie down
  • You want a reset that fits around a normal, messy week rather than one that assumes you have a free hour
  • You’re not necessarily overwhelmed, just overdue a proper think

❌ It may not be for you if:

  • You want the tasks done for you. That’s a separate chat. I am a VA, but this is a head clear, not done for you admin
  • You need instant, all day replies. I dip in through the week, I’m not sat on the other end waiting
  • You want coaching, or someone to tell you what the right answer is
  • You already love a worksheet, in which case my free 3-Step Brain Reset might be all you need
  • You’d rather talk it through live, in which case Waffle & Write is the one for you
What this looks like in real life

“You know that thing where you *just* put down your phone and before the screen even goes blank, a notification pops up?

When my brain does that I book a sprint with Lily and I can immediately feel my nervous system thank me for it (according to my Oura ring anyway).

The beauty of Lily’s sprint is the simplicity, No fancy tech, no to-do list and logins before you’ve even got started. Just Voxer, a voice note prompt from Lily, I reel off whatever she’s asked me to think about, and she does the rest. At the end of the week I have a calm, straight forward to-do list that actually feels achievable and I know that if I need any help implementing it, or staying on track, Lily’s right there.

My favourite prompt of Lily’s ‘what are you avoiding?’ It’s confronting. But it gets those hard tasks done.

I thoroughly recommend Lily’s sprint if you’re a busy business owner who doesn’t know how to untangle it all, get in touch with Lily and at the end of the week you’ll have a solid, 5 star plan.”

Take a moment here

Includes:

  • Five days of voice notes, Monday to Friday, sent whenever something bubbles up
  • Five minutes a day is plenty, whether that’s one thing that’s been nagging at you or a fuller mental unload
  • A calm, confidential space to talk everything through out loud, with no call to turn up to and nothing to prepare
  • A cheery ‘alright me lover’ from me each day, along with a prompt bank so you’re never staring at a blank screen wondering what to say
  • Me listening across the whole week, capturing what you share and grouping it into themes as it comes. Not a word for word transcript, but a clear reflection of what you’re actually wrangling with in your head
  • A personalised Sorted Spaghetti Summary: a clear written overview of everything you shared, organised into logical sections so decisions feel easier and the noise dies down
  • A simple decision framework to help you reflect on what to do now, what can wait, and what no longer needs your energy (Do it, Delegate it, Defer it, Delete it)
  • Your summary delivered the following Monday morning, so you start the new week clear rather than staring down a blank one.

How it Works

Step one

Book your Monday
Pick a start week that suits you. I only open a few Sprints at a time, because I work term-time around my family and my Mondays and Fridays are the days I have. Payment is upfront at booking, so there’s nothing to sort out later.

Step Two

Everything arrives in one email
How to get set up on Voxer, which is a free voice note app that takes about two minutes. No phone numbers swapped, no faff, nothing else to learn. Then on your first Monday morning, your prompts land in your inbox to get the brain juices going.

Step Three

Waffle, Monday to Friday
Send a voice note whenever something bubbles up. Five(ish) minutes a day is plenty. I dip in through the week, so I might nudge you for a bit more on something, or I might just let you waffle. Both are fine.

Step Four

Your Sorted Spaghetti Summary lands the next Monday
I take your whole week and write it up into your Sorted Spaghetti Summary, everything grouped into themes so you can see what actually matters. It’s in your inbox first thing, ready for a calmer week.

Optional Step 5

Need extra support implementing your next steps?
Strategic VA & OBM support is available if you want help turning your spaghetti into results.

The Investment

£99 for the five day Sprint, until the end of 2026. It’s £150 from January.

One week, one write-up, one clear head. No subscription, nothing to cancel, no ongoing commitment. And no more damn spaghetti head.

I only open a few Mondays at a time, so I can be properly present and it stays personal.

Common Questions

No. That’s rather the point. You get your prompts in one email at booking and a nudge from me each day, but there’s no worksheet, no homework and nothing to fill in. If you want to send your first note while the kettle boils on Monday morning, brilliant.

No, and this is the bit people are most surprised by. It slots into your day rather than sitting there waiting for you. You talk while the kettle boils, in the car outside school, or on the walk back from the post office. There’s nothing to log into and nothing to show up for.

Completely fine. Life happens, kids happen, clients happen. I work with whatever you send me. Some people send a bit every day, some send nothing until Thursday and then produce a magnificent ten minute stream of consciousness. Both work.

A minute, two, or even three a day is a good guide, but it’s a guide and not a target. Nobody is timing you. Send more if it’s pouring out, send less if it isn’t.

Voxer, and that’s it. It’s free, it takes about two minutes to set up, and the how-to is in your booking email. No numbers swapped, no logins to remember, nothing to cancel afterwards. It’s the only tool involved.

Everyone does for about the first thirty seconds. Then it all tumbles out and that’s exactly where the good stuff is. I’m not judging, I’m listening. Waffle is welcome here, it’s in the name.

Yes, daily. You’ll get a nudge from me each morning to get you going. Beyond that I dip in as it suits what you’re sending… some days you’ll be a gushing waterfall and I’ll let you go, some days I’ll poke at a thing you skipped over. What I’m not is sat on the other end waiting to reply instantly.

Waffle & Write is a live session with me, 30 or 60 minutes over Teams, where we talk it through together. The Sprint is the version where we never speak. You waffle across the week in your own time and I write it up. Same brain, same summary, no diary involved.

Then say the word. Strategic VA support is available separately if you want a hand with any of it, but there’s no assumption and no automatic anything. Plenty of people take their summary and run with it themselves.

You can reschedule once with at least 72 hours’ notice before your start Monday. Cancellations under 72 hours are non-refundable. My time is precious too and this protects it, and my other clients. Full terms are on the booking page.

I’ve spent over 15 years in sales, account management and business ops, listening to Managing Directors, sales teams and marketing departments untangle themselves out loud. I know how to listen properly, not just wait for my turn to talk. If you want a feel for the kind of person I am, have a nose at my LinkedIn.

Here’s the honest maths. The Sprint is one week and then it’s done. But staying stuck in your head isn’t free either. It costs you every day, in the tabs left open, the decisions you keep circling, and the hours spent thinking about the thing instead of doing the thing. Ten minutes of talking across a week gets all of it out of your head and back to you as something you can use. Compare that to another month of carrying it around and it’s rarely a close call.

Meet Me, Lily

I’m the person people come to when their brain feels like it has 47 tabs open.

With over 15 years in sales, account management and business ops, I’ve helped founders and teams cut through the noise, find focus and take clear, confident action.

The truth? It’s rarely about doing more. It’s about creating space, sorting the spaghetti and seeing things clearly again, without the brain fog.

Now, as a Strategic Virtual Assistant & Online Business Manager, I help business owners pause, breathe and make sense of it all. Whether that’s mid chaos or simply time for a proper think.

If your brain feels like spaghetti, long strands and tangled thoughts and no clear start point, this is where we tip it all out.
