Introduction

At Lily Attwell-Rowan VA, I embrace the benefits of AI to deliver high-quality, efficient, and creative support for my clients. I’m committed to using these technologies responsibly, with a strong focus on privacy, transparency, and human oversight.

How I Use AI

I integrate AI tools to assist with:

  • Content creation – drafting ideas, improving clarity, and aligning writing with your brand tone.
  • Research & summarisation – speeding up information gathering from public sources.
  • Operational efficiencies – automating repetitive tasks and optimising workflows.

All AI-assisted work is reviewed and refined by me to ensure accuracy, tone, and originality. The final output always reflects a human touch.

AI Tools in Use

I use a variety of AI tools in my workflow, including:

  • ChatGPT (paid version with model training disabled) – for content brainstorming, writing assistance, and creative support.
  • Canva, Google, Grammarly, and Microsoft 365 – for AI-powered design, proofreading, and automation features.

Note: This list is not exhaustive. I regularly explore new tools as AI continues to evolve. AI features may also be embedded in the software I already use.

Privacy & Confidentiality

Your privacy is a top priority. I take the following steps to protect your data:

  • No sensitive information (e.g. names, business details, financials) is input into AI systems.
  • All AI inputs are generalised and anonymised (e.g. “a UK-based wellness coach”).
  • I comply fully with data protection laws, including GDPR, and honour all NDAs.

Ethical Use of AI

  • I do not use AI in areas where human judgment is essential, such as legal, financial, or highly sensitive decisions.
  • I am mindful of potential AI bias and always critically review AI outputs.
  • I ensure that all AI-generated content is original and free from copyright issues.

Client Control & Transparency

AI is used to support, not replace, my skills. If you’d prefer that AI is not used in your work, you’re welcome to request this in writing, and I’ll be happy to accommodate.

Ongoing Learning

AI is evolving, and so am I. I regularly update this policy to reflect best practices, new tools, and ethical standards in the use of AI.
