Waffle & Write Sprint
Waffle & Write Sprint
The reset you can’t get from a fortnight in the sun or on a wet Tuesday in the middle of a normal week.
Five days. Five(ish) minutes a day. You talk into your phone whenever it bubbles up, and a clear, sorted Spaghetti Summary lands in your inbox the following Monday.
No call. No diary tetris. No logins. No sitting down to a worksheet you’ll never finish.
You don’t have to be organised about it. You don’t have to know what you’re going to say. You just talk, and I do the untangling.
Think of me as the business friend who scoops it all up for you and hands it back tidy.

What you get
Everything out of your head, whenever it turns up
The good ideas arrive in the shower. The worries arrive at 2am. The “oh, and that thing” arrives while you’re loading the dishwasher.
You catch it in the moment instead of losing it. Five minutes a day is plenty, and it doesn’t have to be neat, logical or in any kind of order.
I do the sorting, not you
This is the bit that’s different. You don’t send it off and then get handed your own mess back with a nicer font on it.
I listen to the whole week, group it into themes, spot the things you said three times without noticing, and lay it out so you can decide fast. Your business, your call. Just no longer a mush.
You start the next week already clear
Monday morning, your Sorted Spaghetti Summary is sitting in your inbox.
Everything that matters, grouped and ready, with one small thing to start on.
You open the week clear instead of staring down a blank one.

What this looks like in real life
“You know that thing where you *just* put down your phone and before the screen even goes blank, a notification pops up?
When my brain does that I book a sprint with Lily and I can immediately feel my nervous system thank me for it (according to my Oura ring anyway).
The beauty of Lily’s sprint is the simplicity, No fancy tech, no to-do list and logins before you’ve even got started. Just Voxer, a voice note prompt from Lily, I reel off whatever she’s asked me to think about, and she does the rest. At the end of the week I have a calm, straight forward to-do list that actually feels achievable and I know that if I need any help implementing it, or staying on track, Lily’s right there.
My favourite prompt of Lily’s ‘what are you avoiding?’ It’s confronting. But it gets those hard tasks done.
I thoroughly recommend Lily’s sprint if you’re a busy business owner who doesn’t know how to untangle it all, get in touch with Lily and at the end of the week you’ll have a solid, 5 star plan.”

How it Works
Step one
Book your Monday
Pick a start week that suits you. I only open a few Sprints at a time, because I work term-time around my family and my Mondays and Fridays are the days I have. Payment is upfront at booking, so there’s nothing to sort out later.
Step Two
Everything arrives in one email
How to get set up on Voxer, which is a free voice note app that takes about two minutes. No phone numbers swapped, no faff, nothing else to learn. Then on your first Monday morning, your prompts land in your inbox to get the brain juices going.
Step Three
Waffle, Monday to Friday
Send a voice note whenever something bubbles up. Five(ish) minutes a day is plenty. I dip in through the week, so I might nudge you for a bit more on something, or I might just let you waffle. Both are fine.
Step Four
Your Sorted Spaghetti Summary lands the next Monday
I take your whole week and write it up into your Sorted Spaghetti Summary, everything grouped into themes so you can see what actually matters. It’s in your inbox first thing, ready for a calmer week.
Optional Step 5
Need extra support implementing your next steps?
Strategic VA & OBM support is available if you want help turning your spaghetti into results.
The Investment
£99 for the five day Sprint, until the end of 2026. It’s £150 from January.
One week, one write-up, one clear head. No subscription, nothing to cancel, no ongoing commitment. And no more damn spaghetti head.
I only open a few Mondays at a time, so I can be properly present and it stays personal.
Common Questions
Meet Me, Lily
I’m the person people come to when their brain feels like it has 47 tabs open.
With over 15 years in sales, account management and business ops, I’ve helped founders and teams cut through the noise, find focus and take clear, confident action.
The truth? It’s rarely about doing more. It’s about creating space, sorting the spaghetti and seeing things clearly again, without the brain fog.
Now, as a Strategic Virtual Assistant & Online Business Manager, I help business owners pause, breathe and make sense of it all. Whether that’s mid chaos or simply time for a proper think.
If your brain feels like spaghetti, long strands and tangled thoughts and no clear start point, this is where we tip it all out.
